Broadcast Quality.

with a Canon XL-1. |

with a 12-123-123 clip number is shot
with an Ikegami HL-DV7W in 4x3 mode.
Stock footage with a 13-123-123 clip number is shot
with an Ikegami HL-DV7W in 16x9 mode.
None of the 720x480 stock footage clips have been cropped.
The clips are the full resolution captured by
the camera. Whether the Ikegami is shooting in 4x3 mode
or 16x9 mode it utilizes the full resolution of
the CCD chips in the camera.
About Compression:

Digital Video (DV) is by definition compressed. This compression
is done in the camera at the
time the image is created. All DV is compressed by the
camera, in the camera. None of our
720x480 stock footage has been further compressed. No
jpeg compression. No motion jpeg compression. No animation
compression. No additional compression.
