The Founder
After graduating from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, Mark Adams began a 20-year career as an assignment and stock photographer. Faced with a saturating stock photography marketplace in the mid 90s, Mark envisioned an emerging web-based stock video market and created Rocketclips. Since launching the company in 2000, Mark has created a niche for himself by shooting high-quality, royalty-free stock footage featuring released talent. Over the years, he has developed a style of directing which captures moments of authentic emotion and intimacy. With a still photographer's eye toward lighting and composition combined with a videographer's commitment to "get the shot", Mark's footage has a unique appeal to art directors and editors alike. Mark lives in Long Beach, California with his wife and two sons.
